Job description:
You will be responsible for the success of our customers and the development of the Tale of Data product, from pre-sales through to deployment and long-term follow-up. We're looking for a profile with hybrid skills (technical/data/business/customer relations), enabling you to be involved in product expertise as well as consulting, training and a light back office (invoicing, CRM, supervising a work-study student).

Your tasks:

Assist the sales manager during meetings with prospects.

Carry out product demos and answer technical and functional questions.

Independently check new functionalities in the QA (quality assurance) phase before they are made available to customers.
- Ensureonboarding, configuration and deployment of the solution for new customers.
- Lead adoption follow-up: workshops, problem-solving, change management.
- Analyze solution usage, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Train new users (paid training, support, creation of guides).
- Animate the user community: webinars, sharing best practices, educational content.
- Support sales staff in costing and drafting solution support proposals.
- Independently lead data missions based on the Tale of Data solution at customer sites (analysis, scoping, data exploitation, recommendations).
- Use customer feedback to enrich sales pitches (Case Studies) and demo scenarios.
- Create content to promote the product:
- screenshots, images, videos,
- scripted data content illustrating business use cases.

Day-to-day supervision of an SDR trainee for :
- CRM data enhancement and quality,
- SDR processes in support of Tale of Data sales.

The scope of supervision may beextended to include junior consultants and other work-study students (e.g. to manage documentation).

Assume a sales back office role:
-
responsible forissuing customer invoices (in line with contracts and business won),
-
monitoring overdue payments and escalating information to the appropriate people.

Profile required:
- Engineering degree or equivalent, very comfortable with data, processes and a software product.
- Bilingual experience (FR / EN), oral and written, and customer facing.
- Hybrid skills: technical/data, business understanding, customer relations, sales sense.
- High degree of autonomy, ability to work remotely, sense of priorities and good work capacity.
- Aptitude for growing start-up environments, where the role has to be built up, structured and developed.
